Why I can't see the video in my browser?

If you are unable to view your video on MySpotCam video page, then most likely it is because you need to update your Flash Player.

SpotCam video page requires Adobe Flash be up to date to run correctly, and you can find out is your Flash Player up to date easily by visiting http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.

In some cases, video display issues persist even after you update your Flash Player, and one good option now is to make sure your browser is up to date as well. Try find out the version of your browser and see if there is any update available.

1.Visit http://supportdetails.com/ and click “Export PDF”
2.Send a mail to support@myspotcam.com and attach the exported PDF.
