Why I can't hear my voice when using 2-way audio function?

Depends on the internet condition, SpotCam may need few seconds to build up the communication channel between your device (mobile phone, tablet, PC), cloud server, and camera. Because of that, it is possible to experience 2 to 3 seconds’ latency before you can start hearing your voice after you start speaking.

To make sure what you said can be completely played out at SpotCam speaker, we suggest you to wait 2-3 seconds after you enable 2-way audio function then start to speak or just repeat again what you said at the beginning.
