The SpotCam Baby Care Bundle is an intelligent, AI-powered solution designed especially for families with babies. Built on SpotCam’s secure cloud platform, it helps parents watch over their little ones anytime, anywhere—while automatically capturing and preserving those once-in-a-lifetime moments.It also provides three exclusive features to meet all-around baby care needs.
Baby Crying Detection
With AI-powered sound recognition, SpotCam can detect your baby’s crying in the surrounding environment. The moment crying is detected, the system immediately sends you a push notification so you can check on your baby right away.
How to enable：
Open the SpotCam App > Settings > Cloud AI Service > Turn on "Baby Crying Detection."
Feature Settings ：
Event Notification: Turn push notifications on or off.
AI Parameter:
Adjust to High / Normal / Low depending on background noise for better accuracy.
Push Notification Sound:
Choose from multiple tones and customize to your liking.
Event Schedule:
Set specific time periods for alerts to automatically turn on or off.
Send Alert To:
Choose whether to also receive event notifications by email, and add multiple email addresses if needed.
AI Smart Music Soothing:
When enabled, the system will automatically play lullabies or white noise whenever crying is detected, helping to calm your baby. You can also customize the playback duration, with a minimum of 1 minute.
Reminder: Baby Crying Detection may not always be 100% accuracy, and lullabies or white noise may sometimes be triggered by mistake.
Covered Face & Rollover Detection
SpotCam continuously monitors your baby’s sleep position. If your baby rolls over or if their face becomes covered—both potential safety risks—the system will immediately send you an alert notification.
How to Enable:
Open the SpotCam App > Settings > Cloud AI Services > Enable “Covered Face & Rollover Detection.”
Feature Setup Instructions:
1.A blue baby outline will appear on the screen. Place your baby face up and align them with the outlined area.
2.Use the on-screen tools to adjust the outline’s size and rotation angle, ensuring the baby’s face is within the detection zone.
3.Tap test to confirm the detection area is set correctly, then tap save to complete the setup.
When the feature is first enabled, the system will record your baby’s facial features. Once active, it will automatically recognize the baby and trigger an alert notification within approximately 15–30 seconds if the baby cannot be seen (e.g., moves out of frame or is covered by a blanket).
Tip: To reduce false alarms, we recommend turning off this feature when your baby is awake, out of the crib, or when monitoring is not needed.
Baby Video Diaries
Automatically create albums and time-lapse videos of your baby’s growth, preserving precious memories and beautiful milestones along the way.
How to enable:
Open the SpotCam App > Settings > Cloud AI Services > Enable " Baby Video Diaries”
Getting Started:
Once enabled, tap Moments at the bottom-right corner of the live view to set up:
1.Enter your baby’s name
2.Set your baby’s birthday
Note:
1.The Baby Video Diaries are automatically deleted after 7 days. Be sure to download and save them in time.
2.The Baby Video Diary feature requires a SpotCam cloud recording plan to store video clips and automatically compile daily footage into your baby’s personalized time-lapse movie.
Baby Selfie Video
A growth-recording feature designed just for babies, Baby Selfies thoughtfully captures every pure smile and curious glance, helping you preserve precious memories automatically.
When your baby looks at the camera, smiles, or shows a curious expression, SpotCam’s AI detection will recognize the moment, snap the perfect “selfie,” and automatically save a 10-second video clip. Parents can easily revisit these heartwarming highlights of their baby’s growth.
There’s no need to take pictures manually or stay by the camera. As long as SpotCam is on, every sweet, playful, or focused expression will be recorded—so you’ll never miss a moment worth treasuring.
