SpotCam Ring series and SpotCam Solo series are built to work with our solid cloud service and there are 4 types of subscription plan available as shown below.


Basic plan
Basic plan allows you to store videos in the microSD card and view videos anytime anywhere without extra fee.

Standard plan
Standard plan allows you to store videos on SpotCam cloud for 7 days and view videos anytime anywhere without extra fee. You can also export, download or share your recorded video on Facebook or YouTube for free.

Plus/Premium/Business plan
Plus/Premium/Business plans are optional for you to subscribe monthly or annually to store videos on SpotCam cloud for 30/180/365 days. They also support all functions included in Standard plan.

There’s no need for microSD card to enable these optional plans. Our cloud storage server saves your video with encryption and your privacy is guaranteed that nobody can access to your video clip without your permission. This being said, if you are using Standard/ Plus/Premium/Business plan with microSD card inserted, the camera will then store videos in microSD card when network is not available, so you will have an offline backup and won’t miss the recorded data.
