Why my SpotCam live video freeze after watching for a while?

To make sure we can provide optimized service and best system performance to all of our users, we need to make sure no resource taken by idle process, that’s why SpotCam live video display will stop after 10 minutes when viewing on web browser or mobile app.

However, please don’t worry, your SpotCam video recording is not influenced by this, it is still being recorded on the server without any video drop.

To resume live video after watching more than 10 minutes, simply re-enter your SpotCam video page from My SpotCam page to refresh video streaming.
