SpotCam Ring is designed to be weatherproof for installation of indoor/outdoor environment, however, electronic parts are possibly damaged by moisture if SpotCam Ring video doorbell stay in humid environment for long term. To prevent defect caused by moisture, we suggest to put SpotCam Ring video doorbell camera under roof or hood to have basic protection.
