Please note your SpotCam return policy may vary depends on where (e.g. Amazon, Fnac, Media Markt, etc.) you purchased the camera, you should be able to return your SpotCam under the conditions accepted by the seller. Please contact your seller directly if you need to return your SpotCam.

1-Year Replace or Repair Parts Warranty

If you run into any problems using SpotCam, you can always contact us and we will either fix it or replace with a new one. This service is free if the camera is still within 1-year warranty period (You may have to pay for product return shipping fee).
